Pre-construction Services

Pre construction services will increase the success of your project through refinement, transparency and proper planning. Pre construction services are included when using us as your general contractor but we are able to provide this service ad hoc if you aim to get a better understanding of your project, are working with another contractor but would like to do additional research, and or are building the project yourself and need some additional help.

These services provide three primary deliverables which are a project Scope of Work Outline, a Project Estimate, and a Project Schedule. This service engages you into a consultation meeting to outline your goals and parameters and we then work from there to develop a project plan that you can use and adapt to through the construction project.
